Key Ledger keeps track of every property key your shop holds: which sets are on their hooks, who has the rest, and when each one is due back. Use it on one iPhone with no account, or share one ledger with your whole shop. CHECK OUT IN SECONDS Find a set by tag, address, owner or the person holding it. Choose who is taking it, pick a return time, and hand it over once the confirmation shows. Every checkout goes to a named worker. SEE WHERE EVERY KEY IS One count row shows all sets, those kept out with no return date, those out and due back, and those overdue. Tap a count to filter the list. In a shop, your name heads the Workers list with the sets you hold. Overdue sets say how late they are, with the holder one tap away. RETURN TIMES THAT FIT THE JOB Two hours, four hours, by 5 PM, or any date and time on a calendar. A set can also go out with no return date, for a long renovation or an on-site manager. It shows as Kept and never turns overdue. OWNERS ON EVERY CARD Each set shows its property owner, with Call and Email on its page. Saved owners are suggested as you type. A FULL HISTORY Every checkout and return is kept: who had the set, when it went out, when it was due and whether it came back on time. In a shop, it also shows who handed the set out and who took it back. SHARE ONE LEDGER WITH YOUR SHOP Sign in with a code sent to your email, with no password, create your shop, and invite your counter staff by email. Every member sees the same sets, checkouts and returns as they happen. Employees check keys out and record returns. Owners manage key sets, workers and members, and see an activity log of every change. Move this iPhone's ledger into the shop once, in one step. READABLE OFFLINE Each phone keeps the last synced copy of the shop, so the ledger stays readable without a connection. Checkouts and returns wait until you are back online. REMINDERS THAT RESPECT PRIVACY When a set becomes overdue, Key Ledger can send one alert with its tag and holder. Never an address. In a shop, owners are reminded about every overdue set and employees about their own. YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE Without an account there is no server: the ledger lives on this device, protected by iOS while it is locked. Export a complete backup to Files whenever you like, restore it on a new phone, or import your sets from a CSV list. In a shop, records are stored by Supabase in the United States and seen only by the shop's members. Delete your account from Settings whenever you like.
