Filmography: Film Camera

Filmography is a film camera app that puts film into the shot the moment you take it. No filters to pick afterwards: choose a disposable camera, a vintage digicam or a retro camcorder, load a film, and shoot. 23 CAMERAS 13 film cameras: disposable, rangefinder, half-frame, medium format, panorama, toy, fisheye, pinhole, double exposure, four-lens burst and instant. Plus a 2000s CCD digicam, a flip phone, phone cameras from 2010, 2012 and 2018, a four-cut photo booth, VHS and DV camcorders, and a 16mm movie camera. Shutter and film-winding sounds are matched to the camera, and when the flash is off you can shoot with just the camera sound, without the iPhone shutter click, with an option to keep full quality. Selfies get a choice of focal lengths too. LOAD A FILM 21 films, grouped by when you use them: portrait, everyday, landscape and travel, clear day, night, black-and-white and instant. Includes Momo, a gentle everyday film, and landscape films that bring out the blues and greens of sea and forest. Each film has its own color and grain, with adjustable strength. SEND IT TO THE LAB Film cameras shoot onto a roll. Send the roll to the lab and your photos are ready 24 hours later, with a notification. You can send a roll before it's full, or load an unsent roll back in and keep shooting. Want it now? The phone camera saves straight to Photos. Each photo keeps the date and time it was taken (and the location, if you turn it on), so it lands on the right day in Photos. FILM DIARY Developed rolls are kept by date in your diary, together with their film. QUICK LAUNCH Add the Filmography Camera button to your Lock Screen or Control Center. Locked cameras, films and accessories can each be tried for 3 shots. Photos are processed on your device only. No sign-up, no ads, no analytics. The app's interface is currently in Korean. What this page does not show

The teardown — how it actually charges, which mechanism was found, and the seam worth taking — is in the daily letter. This page carries the record and the signals so search engines and link previews have something real to read; the judgement stays with the readers who asked for it.
