Ace5on5 helps sports officials' assignors collect game availability from referees, umpires and scorekeepers without spreadsheets, group texts or chasing replies. FOR ASSIGNORS • Build availability forms for basketball, softball, volleyball and flag football: daily, weekly, monthly or seasonal, plus open-ended general availability requests. • Start from a shared template library so recurring games take seconds to set up. • Text the form link to your roster from your phone's own Messages app, in batches. • See every reply on the Availability board as officials respond. • Forms close automatically on the timer you set. • Keep your roster in one place sports, roles and contact details and add officials in bulk by pasting a list. • Keep venue details in the Site Directory and share a site sheet as a PDF. FOR OFFICIALS • No account and no password. Tap the link your assignor texts you, check in with your mobile number and choose the games you can work. • Reply in the app or right in your phone's web browser.
