Save a portable library backup and read closed-order archives. YOUR WORK STAYS YOURS No BakeRoster account or advertising. Optional app-improvement usage sharing is off by default. You can decline or stop sharing in Kitchen without changing features or prices. Bakery content is never included. Screenshot recognition runs locally. Optional iCloud sync keeps your saved orders, recipes, kitchen settings and progress in your private Apple iCloud account. Concurrent changes require a reviewed choice; five recent current-library recovery snapshots are retained. Unfinished drafts and archived-order files stay on the device. An available iCloud account and storage are required. Keep independent exported backups. Device backups and files you deliberately share can transfer copies. Free includes three open bookings at a time; BakeRoster Pro includes 25 with a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Price and billing period are shown before checkout. Both plans include recipes, reviewed imports, planning, progress, optional iCloud sync/recovery, manual backups and existing PDF, text, calendar and basic booking CSV exports. Pro adds monthly business reports by pickup month and status: previous-month comparison, recipe/customer breakdowns, quote and ingredient-cost coverage, and CSV for the selected report. Quotes are not payments or collected revenue; ingredient costs are estimates, not recorded spending. Quotes less ingredients is not profit: labour, overhead, fees and tax are excluded. Repeat booking reuses saved details in a new draft. Review the new pickup date and kitchen plan before approval; no automatic recurring bookings. Existing bookings, amendments, progress and basic exports remain available after paid access ends. Plans are conservative estimates, not completion guarantees or food-safety/allergen certification. Ingredients are requirements, not stock; ingredient costs are not profit or accounting.
